# § 20 Übergangsvorschrift
Bis zum Erlass einer Rechtsverordnung nach § 3a Absatz 7 sind die in § 6 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 der Ausführungsverordnung zum Chemiewaffenübereinkommen vom 20. November 1996 (BGBl. I S. 1794), die zuletzt durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 6. Juli 2020 (BGBl. I S. 1603) geändert worden ist, genannten Schwellen anzuwenden. § 9 der Ausführungsverordnung zum Chemiewaffenübereinkommen gilt entsprechend.
