# § 1 Staatliche Anerkennung des Ausbildungsberufes
Der Ausbildungsberuf mit der Berufsbezeichnung des Fotografen und der Fotografin wird nach § 25 der Handwerksordnung zur Ausbildung für das Gewerbe nach Anlage B Abschnitt 1 Nummer 38 Fotograf der Handwerksordnung staatlich anerkannt.
