# § 61 Berücksichtigung ausländischer Vorqualifikationen
Sofern die Umschulungsordnung (§ 58) oder eine Regelung der zuständigen Stelle (§ 59) Zulassungsvoraussetzungen vorsieht, sind ausländische Bildungsabschlüsse und Zeiten der Berufstätigkeit im Ausland zu berücksichtigen.
