# § 104 Übertragung von Zuständigkeiten
Die Landesregierungen werden ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung die nach diesem Gesetz den nach Landesrecht zuständigen Behörden übertragenen Zuständigkeiten nach den §§ 27, 30, 32, 33 und 70 auf zuständige Stellen zu übertragen.
