# § 4 Inkrafttreten, Außerkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig treten die Errichtungsverordnung vom 16. Mai 2006 (BGBl. I S. 1262), die durch § 5 Satz 2 der Verordnung vom 15. August 2012 (BGBl. I S. 1714) geändert worden ist, und die Truppendienstgerichte-Verordnung vom 15. August 2012 (BGBl. I S. 1714) außer Kraft.
