# § 16 Inkrafttreten, Außerkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Januar 2026 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Estrichlegermeisterverordnung vom 16. Februar 1995 (BGBl. I S. 214), die zuletzt durch Artikel 2 Absatz 19 der Verordnung vom 18. Januar 2022 (BGBl. I S. 39) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
