# § 9 Emissionsgrenzwert
(1) Die Anlage darf keine Emissionen von mehr als 550 Gramm Kohlenstoffdioxid aus fossilen Brennstoffen je Kilowattstunde erzeugter Elektrizität ausstoßen.
(2) Bei Geboten für einen Anlagenpool ist Absatz 1 entsprechend für jede Einzelanlage des Anlagenpools anzuwenden.
