# § 1 Feststellung des Wirtschaftsplans des ERP-Sondervermögens
Der Wirtschaftsplan des ERP-Sondervermögens für das Jahr 2026, der diesem Gesetz als Anlage beigefügt und nach § 8 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des ERP-Verwaltungsgesetzes vom 26. Juni 2007 (BGBl. I S. 1160), geändert durch Artikel 246 der Verordnung vom 31. August 2015 (BGBl. I S. 1474), aufgestellt worden ist, wird in Einnahmen und Ausgaben auf
1 324 030 000 Euro
festgestellt.
