Frühere Bekanntmachungen über die Abgrenzung des deutschen Küstenmeeres werden damit gegenstandslos.</LA></DD> <DT>1)</DT><DD Font="normal"><LA Size="normal"><SP>Nordsee</SP></LA><LA Size="normal">Die seewärtige Abgrenzung des Küstenmeeres der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in der Nordsee verläuft in einem Abstand von 12 Seemeilen, gemessen von der Niedrigwasserlinie und den geraden Basislinien.</LA><LA Size="normal">Die bestehende Tiefwasserreede bleibt Bestandteil des Küstenmeeres; sie wird durch die Verbindungslinie der folgenden Punkte gebildet:</LA></DD> </DL><table frame="none" tocentry="%yes;">

</table> <DL Font="normal" Type="arabic"><DT/><DD Font="normal"><LA Size="normal">Die Positionen der Punkte sind durch Breite und Länge gemäß dem Europäischen Bezugssystem (ED 50) bestimmt.</LA><LA Size="normal">Die Abgrenzung des deutschen Küstenmeeres in der Nordsee wird in der Seegrenzkarte 2920*) veröffentlicht.</LA><LA Size="normal">Über die seitliche Abgrenzung des Küstenmeeres der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zum Königreich der Niederlande und zum Königreich Dänemark wird die Bundesregierung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt entscheiden. Die in Anlage B § 1 des Vertrages zwischen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und dem Königreich der Niederlande über die Regelung der Zusammenarbeit in der Emsmündung (Ems-Dollart-Vertrag) vom 8. April 1960 (BGBl. 1963 II S. 602) getroffene Regelung bleibt unberührt.</LA></DD> <DT>2)</DT><DD Font="normal"><LA Size="normal"><SP>Ostsee</SP></LA><LA Size="normal">Die seewärtige Abgrenzung des Küstenmeeres der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in der Ostsee wird durch die Verbindungslinie der folgenden Punkte gebildet:</LA></DD> </DL><BR/><table frame="none" tocentry="%yes;">

November 1990 zwischen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Republik Polen über die Bestätigung der zwischen ihnen bestehenden Grenze (BGBl. 1991 II S. 1328).</LA><LA Size="normal">Die mit der Proklamation vorgenommene Ausweitung bleibt in Teilgebieten der Ostsee hinter dem völkerrechtlich zulässigen Abstand von zwölf Seemeilen zurück. Damit ist keine Aufgabe des weitergehenden Rechtsanspruches verbunden.</LA><LA Size="normal">Die Feststellung der vorstehenden Koordinaten erfolgt vorbehaltlich einer eventuellen genaueren Bestimmung nach neueren Berechnungsmethoden durch das Bundesministerium für Verkehr.
