# § 3 Bußgeldvorschriften
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig entgegen § 2 Absatz 1 einen Preis erhöht.
(2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu hunderttausend Euro geahndet werden.
